IT SEEMS that there is a bit more activity going on at Everton HQ, but is it enough?
Probably not right now, but at least they're trying to get some deals done quickly and who knows, maybe it will be enough by the time the season starts.
Unfortunately though, while the club is doing its best to get players in, there are certain situations which are not helping, i.e. Sheffield United playing games over the deal for Kyle Naughton
OUT of Europe, OUT of the Carling Cup, David Moyes still not signed his contract.
These must have really been playing on the minds of every Everton fan not so long ago, myself included.
HOWEVER the gaffer has now signed his contract, so how has it seemingly affected everyone associated with the club?
AT THE moment, things don't look too good at Everton. Far from it.
Our home form is struggling, the defence is leaking goals left, right and centre, and there is still some uncertainty over David Moyes' contract, which, some believe is contributing to the form of the players.
HOWEVER, this is a team which has gone from consistent relegation candidates to consistently challenging for a European place.
