Everton's new away kit: the worst football kit in living memory?

I'm no Gok Wan. In fact, I'm not even as stylish as my Dad.

I'm not even as stylish as the man who mows the field facing my house.

I once had a penchant for wearing brown and blue together and if I'm telling the truth, I don't care if my shoes are split and my jumpers have holes in.

How is it possible, then, that an entire team of designers manage to outcrap me and come up with the worst football kit in living memory?

I can picture my girlfriend now, telling me which colours don't go together.

I'm not too convinced about the blue and grey being controversial.

I totally understand why a nice light brown suit is great for a summer wedding. Black with neon pink. Yeah, toss that out.

Only an idiot would wear black and neon pink together.

I'd only consider black and neon pink together if I were an extra in the new Tron film.

And even then, I'd be asking them to match my normal wages and stick a bacon butty on top.

Scousers like a good football shirt. A jersey for all occasions. I don't care if I'm at a Christening, a picnic or a casual street fight. I've got to look masculine in my polyester.

Let's hope that 'The Chicken Sports' (please, we're in England) have based our gorgeous new kit on pure mathematics.

As in, the number of times we're going to need to wear it is minimal, but the number of women and colour blind people we'll get buying it will go through the roof, guaranteeing us another season of Lescott's delightful back four chicanery.

Don't talk about being daring, breaking rules or making a statement.

Leave that to Buddhist monks setting themselves on fire in the street.

Let me wear a football kit that doesn't stigmatise me.

I don't support Newcastle United.

I think one of the best we have had and better when you actually see it in the shop.

You know what? with all the frigging moaning going on about the new kit I was starting to think I was the only fella that liked it.

I think it looks smart and I won't mind wearing to the match. Not as good as the new home kit but nice anyway.

I'll probably have it on on Friday in the Winnie for the Malaga game.

I really like it.

Do you not remember the mid 90's away kit that looked like we'd all been mown down with a tractor? Or the yellow and black/blue stripped one2one kit.

Now they were bad kits!

I think the new kit is great, can't wait to buy it.

You're probably another one of those soft wussies like Kim Kardashian and David Moore who're scared of wearing the colour 'pink' due to fear induced by political correctness.

Some time before, I did need to buy a car for my firm but I didn't have enough money and couldn't order something. Thank God my brother adviced to try to take the business loans from reliable bank. Therefore, I acted that and was satisfied with my college loan.
