This nay sound expensive but we paid over £5k debenture for each site and each year pay £1450.00 plus vat per seat for 10 events including some sub standard England frendlies.

I had similar situation as follows:
I wish to register a formal complaint to the Wembley Stadium senior management regarding the abominable treatment to which I was subjected whilst attending the FA Cup Final on Saturday 30th May 2009.
I am a 59 year old professional senior manager and Everton supporter. My friend and I were invited courtesy of Carling Tetley and were located at entrance ‘N’ Block 124. We had travelled early morning by train (at considerable cost) from Merseyside. At half time I left my seat to go to the toilet and was confronted by two security men who blocked my way. I politely said ‘excuse me I am trying to get to the toilet’. They replied that I could not. I assumed there was some problem with that particular toilet and asked them which one I could use. They then informed me that ‘you have to go out – you are an Everton supporter’. I was somewhat confused and surprised and tried to explain that I was a guest of Carling Tetley and asked them what I was supposed to have done. The two of them then grabbed me and twisted my arms up behind my back and frog-marched me to an exit in a humiliating manner. On the way the tried to insinuate that I had been drinking which was untrue (as I am diabetic and drink very little) although judging by the smell one or both of them certainly had. They were smiling and laughing and obviously enjoying their ‘work’. After they had physically thrown me out, I tried to get them to inform my friend because my jacket with my glasses, train tickets and medication was still inside. I tried to call my friend inside on my mobile to let him know what had happened but could get no reply. I then went to some police officers and explained what had happened. They were very sympathetic about the situation but explained that they had no jurisdiction inside the stadium and could do nothing. They did get security to open the door to see if they would return my belongings. They took my ticket stub and disappeared inside and never came back. Eventually I made contact with my friend and explained what had happened – we arranged to meet after the match and he brought my jacket and belongings with him. Whilst outside the exit, there were several other Everton supporters who had received the same treatment. One gentleman was physically thrown out and complained of assault – they replied ‘go away or we will show you proper assault’. Another, an elderly gentleman probably aged about seventy who I had chatted with inside the stadium was also thrown out. A father with his seven or eight year old son (who was wearing a Chelsea kit) were also ejected. The young lad was in tears and could not understand why he was not allowed to see his heroes.

This situation is an absolute disgrace and I am mortified that Wembley Stadium emloys these thugs in the guise of security guards and allows them to do as they please. Additionally it is frightening that they are above the law and do not have to answer to the law. I therefore demand that this incident is thoroughly investigated as a matter of urgency and that the thugs responsible are brought to task. Wembley must review their security procedures to ensure that this deplorable treatment does not happen again to any unsuspecting law abiding football supporter.
I am copying this correspondence to FA Headquarters, my MP Angela Eagle, Mr Bill Kenwright (Everton) and BBC Radio Merseyside.
I am also contacting my solicitor to seek advice on commencing legal proceedings against Wembley Stadium.
